David has worked for several Fortune 500 companies in Information Technology Management including IBM, UPS, Pitney Bowes and finished his career at Purdue Pharma. He started RS Capital Group in 2009 after working as the Chief Operation Officer (COO) for United Cash and Capital, Inc. Following the acquisition of RS Capital Group by Nationwide Capital Funding, David will stay on as President and CEO (Chief Executive Officer) and focus on strategy and development.
Paula Pelkey (Sr. Vice President and Chief Financial Officer) CFO – (203) 820-CASH (2274)
With more than 25 years at Hartford Insurance in diverse financial leadership roles, Paula has spent the last decade guiding financial strategy within the payments and technology domain. Her initiatives to streamline finance and operations have positioned Nationwide Capital Funding as a leader in the ISO space.

Caron was a principal in a life safety company for over 20 years as the Vice President of Administration. She has a strong finance and sales background which works well in the finance and transactions industry. She has developed innovative strategies to enhance the performance of the administrative staff. She has since retired from her career in administration and has since moved on to a senior leadership role running operations with Nationwide Capital Funding as of 2017. With her upbeat, passionate and empathetic personality Caron is truly able to engage with our customers and create long lasting relationships.
